We have not verified cost of ownership for this community yet. These figures come from the Collin County appraisal district, MUD district filings, and city PID assessment plans, and they go up here by hand once we have them. Until then we will not print a number we have not checked.
Collin County. North of US 380, McKinney east to the Hunt and Fannin lines. Municipality of record: not yet verified. Mailing city and municipality are separate fields here and we do not derive one from the other.
